Time and Space

Written by Ann on February 20th, 2008 in Conversations.

Do you believe in the traditional theories of heaven? What about time and space? If you can bend time, is it possible to visit the past? If so, what about the future? Does it already exist? Do multiple versions exist based on our moment to moment actions?

Such was the conversation over dinner in our home this evening. It was probably a result of the death of our beloved cat last week and the odd personality quirks his sister has taken on since then.

I’ve always been drawn to the topic of time, space and alternate dimensions, but have never been able to truly understand the scientific theory behind it.

Simply fascinating dinner conversation.

OK, since you’ve never “blog-met” me before, you will probably think I’m a nut-job, but here I go: I see dead people, so does my 101yr old great-aunt, among other things. I have never wanted this “ability,” but what can I do? My spousal equivalent of 28yrs (I’m 50), is a non-believer, until our beloved parakeet died. He was named after my aunt’s brother–Arthur. He spoke in sentences, noun/verb, OF HIS OWN design! (I taped him.) Anyway, we were heart-sick when he died.(Only bird we ever had.) We were sitting, crying, remembering, and the sound of his wings flapping as he used to fly around the apt., filled the apt., nothing else sounds like it—SE became a believer. Sooo, I KNOW there is something after our shells die. I’ve seen too much in my life to believe differently. What is next I don’t know, but it is ok. Arthur told us so and my Uncle Arthur did as well.

I’m open to all possibilities. I would love to experience such things for myself.

Keep your brain/mind like a sponge. Think-sponge. Maybe you have to be around another who experiences such things. Think magnet, see your brain as a magnet and spirits, souls, as metal. Directed meditation. It is not enough to be open, you must draw possibilities into you. (I have NEVER talked to anyone like this before. I am, at this very moment, attempting to verbalize and make concrete something so abstract and surreal.)
